SETUP TIME
REDUCTION

5-axis machines served by robots, with warehouses of hundreds of blanks available in seconds. The SMED technique (Single Minute Exchange of Dies) zeroes machine setup times. Quick Changeover: rapid switching from one production to another in the same plant, eliminating dead time that adds no value to the product.
